Course Overview
This course equips administrative professionals with essential skills to effectively engage and manage workplace stakeholders. Participants will learn to interpret stakeholder roles, analyse their impact on organisational functions, and apply practical communication techniques to assess needs and respond to queries professionally. Through a combination of structured instruction and applied practice, learners will also develop coordination strategies to align daily activities with stakeholder expectations. By the end of the course, participants will be better prepared to contribute proactively and confidently to stakeholder engagement and organisational success.

- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 4 or equivalent
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR or HR-related roles, subject to the MR’s approval.
Attire
- Comfortable and practical clothing suitable for a workshop environment.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety reasons.

- – From October 1, 2023, attendance for all courses sponsored by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) must be conducted through the Singpass app. This applies to both in-person and concurrent online learning courses.
- – Students must achieve at least 75% attendance.
- – Students must pass all required tests/assessments and achieve 100% skill level.
- – We reserve the right to reclaim the sponsorship amount if a student fails to meet the eligibility criteria.

- Eligible Singapore citizens can use the SkillsFuture Training Grant to offset course fees (the remaining amount after the grant).
- Trainers Training Assistance Scheme (UTAP):
- This course is eligible for the Traders Training Assistance Scheme (UTAP).
- NTUC members can receive up to 50% assistance (up to a maximum of S$250 per year).
- Company Sponsored Students
- Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding:
- S$4.50 per hour, capped at S$100,000 per company per year.
- AP allowance will be calculated based on the actual number of training hours attended by the student.
